What this page covers

This policy describes what happens to your information when you visit this website. The Learn360 platform itself — where institutions run courses, classes and exams — handles data under the written agreements we sign with each institution, and those agreements, not this page, govern platform data.

Short version for the website: we count visits without cookies, we store nothing in your browser unless you say yes, and the only personal information we ever hold from the site is what you choose to send us when you get in touch.

What we measure automatically

We use a privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics tool (Plausible) served from our own domain. It counts page views and tells us roughly where visitors come from, what device type they use and how long a page actually held their attention. It uses no cookies, stores no personal identifiers, and cannot follow you across other websites. The numbers we see are aggregates, not profiles of people.

We also measure real-world page performance (how quickly pages load and respond) using Vercel Speed Insights. These measurements are anonymous performance timings, not behavioural data.

Like every website, our hosting infrastructure processes technical information such as your IP address in server logs in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

What we store in your browser

Nothing, until you answer the small banner on your first visit. If you accept, we store two things in your browser's local storage: your consent choice itself, and the date of your first visit, so our statistics can tell first-time visitors from returning ones. If you decline, we store only your choice, and every other part of the site works exactly the same.

We set no advertising cookies and run no third-party trackers. You can clear your browser's site data at any time to erase both flags.

When you contact us

Most conversations with us start on WhatsApp or email — both at your initiative. When you write to us, we receive what you send (your message, and the phone number or email address it came from) and we use it to reply and to follow up on your enquiry. WhatsApp messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms and privacy policy, as with any WhatsApp conversation.

We keep correspondence for as long as we are talking and as long as we reasonably need it afterwards for record-keeping. We do not sell contact details, add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, or share your details with third parties for their marketing.

Embedded content

Some pages embed videos from YouTube or Vimeo. The embedded player loads from those services, and if you play a video they may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies. Where YouTube offers a privacy-enhanced mode, we use it.

Your choices and rights

You can decline the browser-storage banner, clear your browser's site data, and browse the entire site without giving us any personal information at all.

If you have written to us and would like to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, contact us using the details below and we will do so unless we have a genuine legal reason to keep it. Depending on where you live (for example the UK or the EU), these rights are backed by data-protection law, and you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Children

This website is for institutions, educators and adults evaluating Learn360. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Learners' use of the Learn360 platform is governed by the agreements with their institution.

Changes to this policy

If our website's data practices change, we will update this page and revise the date at the top before the change takes effect. We will not quietly weaken this policy.
